HEPCO provide short term and long term specialized training courses to upgrade and improve the dealerships personnel technical Know-how and in order to provide high quality strong customer support and services. Instructors are selected from the best and the most professional specialists. Modern training facilities and materials such as video and original maintenance and repair books and manuals from the manufacturers are used for the courses.

HEPCO College

HEPCO opened its college in 1998 with the intention of training skillful workforce who specialize in construction equipment maintenance and repairs. It granted an associate degree in mechanic- construction equipment. The collage makes use of all HEPCO facilities to raise and enhance the quality of it courses. The parts used are original parts and students learn to assemble and disassemble parts practically. To increase the student's skills and technical know- how, apprenticeship and practical training courses are run in the assembly lines, dealership centers, QC department and customers job sites.
