Warranty and after warranty services:

The warranty period starts as soon as the machine is delivered to the customer and the customer begins to use it. The length of the period is two years or 2000 hours of operation. Warranty services are offered at two levels: Standard and Gold.

This will be decided upon according to the attachments of the purchase contract.

Generally, these services include:

·         PDI, delivering faultless products to the customer

·         Delivering general tools to the customer

·         Operation, servicing and maintenance training according to the brand’s standards

·         Periodic services in the customer's site

·         Preventive CM and oil analysis services

·         Periodic repairs in the customer’s site

·         Consultancy services regarding parts and services

·         Specialists settled permanently in the customer’s site

 

If the customer is willing to continue to receive services, HEPCO will be pleased to develop an agreement for more cooperation.

 

Fault diagnosis with the latest and most advanced software programs:

 

HEPCO diagnose customer machine’s faults accurately using specialized problem diagnosing software programs and electric tools and appropriate corrections are applied. Our software programs and electric tools meet the standards of the world’s certified manufactures and secure the machine’s longer lifetime and proper function.

Specialized repair center:

 

HEPCO repair shops are staffed with highly experienced engineers and technicians who, Drawing on technical know-how from HEPCO and main manufactuers, provide dependable, quality services according to the needs of customers. The service capabilities expand to specialty equipment for specialized enginge and transmission drive, hydraulic, power and electronic and steel structure repairs, including Deutz engine governor test, dynamometer, hydraulic regulation test bench, machines’ electronic components testing and requlating software.

Some of the main services provided are:

·         Deutz engines maintenance, major and minor repirs

·         All construction machines’ hydraulic and transmission pressure measurement and adjustment

·         Axle, transmission, hydraulic components, hydraulic cylinders and valves major and minor repairs and maintenance for all construction, agricultural and mining equipment

·         Steel structure components maintenance and rebuild using the latest CNC machinery equipment and CMM

      · Products rebuild and overhaul

HEPCO support:

HEPCO supports the customers with 14 teams of technicians who specialize in carrying out professional repairs. It has started to work with the intention of doing fast specialized repairs, signing short term and long term service and PM agreements with key customers, training technicians for dealerships and supporting our new products. The most important responsibilities of HEPCO support are:

·         Doing fast repairs and minimizing the machine's downtime as much as possible all around the country.

·         Carrying out repairs by HEPCO professional technicians.

·         Setting a repair team in the customer's site.

 

Guarantee of services and repairs:

After repairs are carried out the proper operation of machine is of great importance. Therefore to ensure high quality repairs, all the repairs done during the warranty period and after that are guaranteed by HEPCO or its dealers for 3 mounts. If the repairs made need to be done again, the costs will be covered by HEPCO or the dealer responsible.

HEPCO is committed to providing the highest level customer care and therefore   HEPCO, s web based call center is an integrated call center which helps customers receives better services. As soon as customers encounter a problem with the machine during the warranty period, or if in need of services. Customers can contact our call center.
