1972 - HEPCO was established as a joint venture between the Iranian Government and Private Sectors.

1975 –The Assembly Hall got started in an area of 40000 square meters.

1976 –Assembly of Road & Construction machinery got completely started under the license of IH     (3 models of Loader,  2 models of Bulldozer),Lokomo (3 models of Roller),Dynapac (2 models of Roller) and Sakai (6 models of Roller) .

 
1980 - Assembly and fabrication of  some steel parts of Road & Construction machinery were more developed under the license of IH (6 models of Loader), Sakai (2 models of Roller), Faun ( 1 model of Motor Grader).

1985 –The Development plan got started, with Liebherr technical support, to fabricate all steel structure parts in Arak plant in an area of 60000 square meters.

1990 - Two Agreements for Transferring Technology were separately signed   with Liebherr (A/R 912 Excavator, PR 731. PR 751 Bulldozer) and VOLVO (BM 4400, BM 4500, L90 , L120 Loaders) to fabricate main parts such as Chassis, Fuel and Oil Tanks, Boom, Stick , Bucket, Cab,  Blade and chassis  rollers in 3 phases.

1994 - HEPCO business was developed to the market of Energy producing equipment such as that used in Oil, Gas, power plants, steel and Aluminum industries.
 
1995 - HEPCO started its R&D Department by developing engineering knowledge, following closely standards and getting necessary software. The goal was first to design and produce current products such as loaders, excavators and so on under the Brand of HEPCO. The second goal was to design some ordered products including skidder, drudger, cane transporter, tow truck and so on.


1997 –HEPCO received some quality certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001

2001 - An agreement of Transferring Technology was signed   with Komatsu to produce D155-A1 Bulldozer and WA470-3 Loader.

2003 – HEPCO started supplying, selling and supporting New Holland heavy agricultural machinery in the Iranian market.

2004 - HEPCO opened six regional offices through the country in order to develop its market, evaluate its distribution channels, manage claims, and to increase customers' satisfaction in each region.

2007- HEPCO became a private company.

2009 - HEPCO started business with some well known brands in Far-East such as NHL (Terex agent in China) for mining dump trucks, XCMG for mining loaders and excavators, and Foton for civilian trucks.
 
2010 - HEPCO was selected as the typical company due to following customers' rights in the Iranian Machinery Industry.

2012 - HEPCO started business cooperation with the Italian Brand Landini to supply and support heavy tractors.

2014 - HEPCO held the greatest conference on management and operation of road construction and mining machinery in Iran being supported and sponsored by some international partner brands and some key customers.
