Since the financial facilities provided by banks and other financial institutions have not met the needs of heavy machinery customers, and obtaining such credits by Hepco customers has often faced numerous problems and obstacles, Hepco Company, in 2005 and with two main objectives—namely, creating easy credit facilities for its customers and expanding sales—established the Iranian Heavy Machinery Leasing Company with an initial capital of one hundred billion rials.
